For AP, do you mean "while this character has more than half its hit points remaining"?

A bit much for 78 points, but I like! Still has that possible 50 dmg. tradition for Bane. And for Multi-Activation, would activating Bane twice count as a full phase?

Yeah there are a couple other character's in this set that can activate more than once a phase. That combined with the TE are what makes this guy make up for his somewhat tame abilities.

M-A makes an "eh" 78 point piece into an "oh snap" piece. His per turn Damage output is low for his cost, BUT when he takes a second turn he ups his per round potential to 120 plus any DSSM counters he pulls off. That combined with FL4, TE and AP make this guy a brute.

That being said, being able to attack for 60 Damage through DSSM as soon as he takes damage, without the cost of a single Force Point, might be a bit too brutish. Perhaps Enraged should be while below 1/2 HP? Think of it as the reverse of Merciless +20.

With no actual Damage prevention I don't think he would really ever get much use out of Enraged with that limitation. CotF Bane goes down like a sack of bricks even with 200 HP I would expect this guy would be similar. He is intentionally pretty scary to go toe to toe with. Rule of Two and Domineering also limits his usefulness in a squad.

That is a valid point. However, TE is the mitigating factor. He can swap in, unlike CotF, for a massive alpha strike without getting picked apart while advancing. Once he's deep he does suffer greatly from a lack of ranged defense but DSSM with Enraged is an effective melee deterrent. He might get beat up, but who will survive his DSSM attacks (assuming he is making a good percent of saves)? In the end, he's kinda like the new Mace. Brutal on damage output but can fall flat with < average rolls.

Last question; The CE doesn't stack right? If not, then I'm definitely playing this guy!

By no means does it have to be the last question, the CE is not intended to stack just make you think twice about attacking Bane. You don't even have to hit him, just make an attack against him for the CE to come into effect. If you do try him out, I'd be very interested in how your game goes.
