At the start of the skirmish, choose a faction. For the rest of the skirmish, followers get +4 attack and +10 damage against characters of that faction. Once per phase, when an enemy changes position outside of its turn via its allies' abilities or commander effects, an Imperial ally may immediately move up to its Speed.
