Trooper allies with Mobile Attack or Greater Mobile Attack gain Extra Attack and Quick Reactions. Whenever an enemy activates outside of its turn, you may activate 1 ally within 6 squares who has not yet activated this round. This does not count towards the number of activations this phase.
