At the start of the skirmish choose a unique New Republic ally without a Force Rating. That ally gains Pilot and Cunning Attack for the rest of the skirmish. New Republic pilot allies gain Valiant Reprisal. At the end of this character's turn one pilot ally within 6 squares can make an immediate attack at +10 damage.
