Force 4, replaces attacks: choose one non-unique living character within 6 squares, that character gains Cyborg, Savage and Damage Reduction 10 until the end of the skirmish. If it's an enemy, that character also joins your squad for the rest of the skirmish. An enemy can spend 2 force points or make a save of 11 to cancel both of these effects.
