If you roll 16 or higher for initiative, you may choose to move one of your enemy's followers during that round in place of one of your own. This enemy character can make attacks, use special abilities, or Force powers but it may not directly target any of its allies. Movement away from adjacent characters provokes attacks of opportunity. This character is considered activated for that round.
