When the assigned character deals damage they heal 10 HP and if they KO the defending character they instead heal 20 HP. Ememy characters do not have cover while this ability is active. If the assigned character defeats another character while this ability is active then the assigned character gains the defeated character's Special Abilities and can use them when this ability is activated. This ability stacks.
