Replaces attacks: range 6; target enemy is blinded. Blinded characters roll a save of 11 at the start of their turn (ignore bonuses to saves, this cannot be rerolled), on a failure they receive -6 attack and cannot move, instead you move the character up to 3 squares in any direction. On a success, the character is no longer blinded.
