Suppresses enemy commander effects within 6 squares. At the end of this characters turn it can choose one enemy character that it can see; commander effects are suppressed for target enemy until it is no longer in sight of this character.

Equipment Ability available to the Tech class only. Requires Disruptive for 15 levels. Characters with this ability cannot gain or have Stealth or Cloaked.
