I would say that the rarest mini would be the Klatoonian Enforcer. Have you ever seen one used in a squad?  I see Cade, Revan, Sing, Fetts getting into loats of squads and being played often. I don't think any minis are any more rare than others of the same value (VR, R, UC or C) I just think that some minis never come out to be traded and they are horded which makes them seem more rare.

i think the question is relative to where you live.
I have 2 Revans pulled them both quite easily.
I have 2 Boba BH's traded for them both. I have never pulled a Boba BH
I can say without doubt though Aurra is not hard to pull. Finding CLone Strike is hard but pulling her out of a case is almost a given. I have pulled 3 of her.

Also it must be mentioned why Boba BH is still in stock in places: he's freaking listed at $60-70!!!
Not that Revan is much cheaper...but cost is what makes them rarer.
I'm surprised no one has mentioned Ugnaught Demos. Definitely one of the "rarest" to find for new players.
(ps...my friend, who has super luck it seems, pulled 3 Jango BHs and 2 Boba BHs so far. Then he recommended a friend by a BH booster over Legacy and that guy pulled a Boba!)

i seem to remember hearing that when force unleashed was releashed there was a packing error and that revan was only available on western US. not sure if true. maybe also thats why he's that blasted rare. as for boba bh, yeah he's available..... for a kidney at some places.

That is a rumor lol. the answer is of course, all the VRs. They are made and distributed in the same quantities. However, VRs from sets that have been reprinted would be slightly less rare, based on the number of available minis of the figure on the market. Highly desired ones simply seem rarer because they are harder to coax someone out of. That's the simple fact of the matter. Darth Revan is no more rare than any other VR in TFU. Boba BH was just as rare as any other VR in Bounty Hunters.

uggies dont seem that rare. I have over a 140 of them.
Anyone wanting one I will give them 2 uggies for one mouse droid.

Yeah, mouses are extremely hard to come by, I have only 1, but I traded for it(not that I was going to pull one anyways, I only bought 1 booster, I dont like this set).

Non-Huge VRs from huge sets (Universe, Bounty Hunters, Force Unleashed) are the hardest to get ahold of.

That is true except for, han in carbonite, some chewbocca's, dr.esivon, danik jeriko.lots more, Still, boba bh, and revan cost the same and revan is usually out of stock in online stores which is why I say he is rarer

lol, when like 3 guys have 100+ and you're one of them, of course they don't seem rare! They just seem rare to the rest of us! :P Actually, I have at least 10 so I'm not that concerned, I just thought your statement was kind of funny... from a certain point of view ;)

The Western US comment was intriguing.
I pulled Revan from 2 different locations in Arizona. Vader (Unleashed) was the hardest to acquire (had to buy it, along with Boba, Merc & VAU). I recall Kota & Luke's Snowspeeder being in the same booster. TFU was pretty generous in AZ.
I'd have to say, honestly, that if I saw a TFU booster anywhere in Arizona, I'd buy it.
I never heard of a rumor concerning TFU boosters in the Western US before, but I do know it has yielded excellent pieces. Boba (Merc), Vader (Unleashed), and VAU weren't seen much, but at least in AZ, I know that Revan was.

I've traded/sold 3 Revans in the past few months & seen at least 5 get pulled at the venue I play at every Saturday since X-mas.
