I will not be there this year, an alarm excited for next year though.
But good luck to everyone and my request is that someone keep in touch and post stuff on bloomilk.
With phones that access the boards it should be relatively easy although a little bit of annoyance possibly.
But I would LOVE if someone took the time to put everyone's name down and the full squad they were using. If we get that on the board than things like so and so beat so and so. We can just look back at the master list.
It might be easiest if everyone wrote their squad down and gave it to one person and that person just takes pictures of the list and posts them..
I know I would be interested to know who makes top 8
Than semis
Than finals
Than winner.
I know it's hard but it will be much appreciated by those not fortunate enough to go this year

I can't promise, because im horrible at remembering to text at tournaments, but text me and I will try to screen shot results and who's facing who... Also, it's a top 6 this year with 1st and 2nd getting a an auto advance.

the numbers have dropped dramatically since WotC dropped us.
used to be 100 plus
when I made the top 8, in 2012, there were 36-38 people in the champs.

But still, I would LOVE to have updates and a list of all the squads that attend.
The easiest way is to just have people write it down and one person collect.
I will collect next year, heck I will bring markers and index cards for people to write on

Someone usually posts at least most of the squads on here and will probably give updates throughout the day. I know we fill out squad sheets and turn them in to the TO so the info will definitely be gathered, getting someone who is not playing to post round by round results/matchups may be harder but I can't imagine there won't be any updates.

Ya, my personal vision, would be write down everyone's name and their full squad on the top of a page. Probably take 25 minutes including passing out cards for everyone to write on.
Than all you have to do is write Round 1 with a w in front of the winner
W Malgus vs. Ven
Jango vs. W Mace
Hector vs W Achilles
c'mon wouldn't be too hard. I would even ask the official if they would keep an extra form. and it is just good for our records. Our records suck for gencon haha
no need for points or anything until last round.
and than the "quarterfinals" 3 vs 6 and 4 vs 5 we should have plenty of updates.
Which reminds me. If you are 1st do you play the lowest seed of who comes out of the 3 vs 6 and 4 vs 5 or is it set that 1st place plays a particular winner of the that match?

If 1st is getting an advantage he would play the winner of 4th and 6th. While 2nd would play the winner of 3rd and 5th.
An extreme advantage for 1st would be to play the winner of 5th and 6th. Im not sure how these types of things generally work...
