Rey and Kylo mesh relatively well with Garm. His atk boost can actually help them, his CE isn't for them so it can still be useful, and Tactician +8 helps with Cunning. And Rival/ Independent doesn't hurt quite so much when most other commanders don't help them anyway. Now all of the set 16 characters have debuted.
