Bloo Milk

B&B: Black and Bloo Milk.

Congratulations! You found it. I repeat, you found it. The best darn Star Wars Miniatures resource on the web. Take some time and look around and I'm sure you'll find some stuff you like.

I'm still working hard to make Bloo Milk the best site it can possibly be. So if you find any problems anywhere, please shoot an e-mail to webmaster@bloomilk.com or PM me (you have to be logged in) and let me know what happened. I'd also love any suggestions you may have for new features, or comments on existing features.

Recent Changes
12/23/2008 I added some new functionality to the Search Squads page. Now you can limit the search results to only squads that you can build with your current collection.

I also rewrote the Character Search page and added a bunch of new search options. I think most of them are self-explanatory. The new "Is Subject to CEs" option is just a quick way to eliminate Droids, Savages, and odd minis like Force Spirits and the AT-ST that aren't generally subject to CEs. Also you can check the "And Affinity" checkbox next to the Faction list to get minis that can only be in a faction under certain circumstances (via Affinity, CE, or Reserves).
12/12/2008 I added a couple of cool new features. The first one has been up for a few days now. It's a handy list of commander effects by faction. You can see it under Glossary > Commander Effects on the menu.

The other one is the ability to set up a list of squads that you want to play. When you're viewing a squad (either yours, or someone else's), you can simple click the "Add to Squads to Play" button at the top of the page. You will be prompted to enter an optional comment about the squad (i.e. "Best squad I've found using Jar Jar Binks." or something like that). To view your Squads to Play list, just go to Squads > Squads to Play in the menu. As usual, let me know if you have any issues with the process.
12/4/2008 The forums are back up. I haven't really tested them much, so as usual, you guys are my testers. :)

I'm sorry the site has been running so slowly since the server migration. I'm not sure what the issue is exactly. I hope it's temporary. But in case it's not, I'm still working on creating faster versions of some of the slowest pages (the squad builder and the trades pages). I don't have an estimation for when they'll be done yet, though.
11/25/2008 If you're seeing this page, then Bloo Milk has come back online. You may notice some weird little quirks about the site now, after the server migration. Please e-mail me or PM me if you see any error messages. It shouldn't be long before we're back to running at 100%.

Also, I took the forums and the chat room down temporarily, but they should come back before long, I think.
11/18/2008 I added a few features to increase some openness with Squad ratings. Hopefully it will encourage more ratings overall, and less purposely rating a squad lowly...

On the User Page (found by clicking on a name at the bottom of the page), you can now see how many squads a person has rated and the average ratings they have given to their own squads and to other people's squads. This information is also consolidated on the new Top Squad Raters page. The more you rate squads, the higher you will rank on this page. Will anyone topple Urza Planeswalker Jedi Master's dominant lead?

Also, for individual squads, when you are viewing the squad detail page, you can now click on the average rating to see a break down of the individual votes for that squad (how many 10s, how many 9s, etc.). You still cannot see who has voted for your squads, or what they voted. Please don't jump to conclusions and start flaming each other if you think someone rated your squad a 1 maliciously. If you have any complaints please PM me about them, and I'll make the situation right.

One last change was to the Squads Search page. You can now search based on your rating for squads. So if, for instance, you wanted to go through and re-rate some squads you had given low ratings to before, you could search for squads with "My Rating" "<=" "3", or whatever.

Total Squads: 13127
