Shmi's valid question aside, without the reserves, I actually think he's over-costed. You've got two negative abilities (and Unique is considered a negative too) so without the reserves he's only costing 7. You really think Reserves is costing 18??

This is kinda like a Jawa version of Nute Gunray. :D Nute basically said play Droids. This guys say play Droids, but then penalizes them. Also, is Bad Motivator permanent? If so, should just be a CE to mess with any opponent using CE suppression stuff, lol.

@ shmi- the intent was every time they activate. @SR56- IDK what costing info you have, but I don't have access to it. Just taking a guess.
