Ewok with Catapult (I played against it) has Forward Positioning so it can start its turn adjacent to the Net. A quick fix could be "an ewok with small base"

I feel this is a little bit complicated for the game as it is. Also shouldn't it have something that prevent it from scoring points since it starts in gambit?

I didn't realize there was such a character, made it possible to release only after the first round to account for forward positioning or crazy movement boosts. Yes, it's pretty complicated, but this is star wars miniatures in the VSET era. It's basically Han Solo in carbonite with a twist or two. The gambit scoring is intentional, just as gambit can be scored early from a piece with forward positioning.

The only thing I can point out is that Leia wasn't in the net. She was with wicket at the time. Also, I believe this character counts as an ewok because of its name, which is awesome.

Good catch, I rewatched the clip and actually Luke is there and not Leia.
