Once every other round, if the opponent wins initiative, an ally named Eric Cartman adjacent to an enemy may roll a save of 11. On a success, it may immediately move up to 12 squares, ending its turn adjacent to an enemy commander. The character may then immediately activate before the beginning of the round (This commander effect ignores the restrictions of Superiority Complex).
