Force 5: Replaces Turn; target medium or smaller living enemy within 6 squares takes 20 damage and is considered activated this round. At the end of the round, the target enemy takes 20 damage. The next time the target enemy activates, it takes 20 damage. Characters that take damage from this character's ability can make a save of 11 to reduce the damage to 10.
