Glossary Text

(Force; 2 Force points) Instead of making its normal attack or attacks, for the rest of the skirmish, this character gains the following Force ability; living enemy characters who start their turn within 6 squares reduce their speed by 2. This power cannot reduce a characters speed below 1, any character with a speed of 1 or less is unaffected by this Force Power.
