Whenever an ally comes under control of an opposing player remove that ally from play. That ally is defeated.

Glossary Text

Whenever an ally comes under control of an opposing player, such as through abilities like Betrayal, or Dominate, or from Force Powers like Force Dominate remove that ally from play. That ally is defeated, and your opponent scores victory points as though they had defeated the character.
