If this character ends its move or turn adjacent to a Unique enemy, that enemy gains Epic Duel as long as it is within 6 squares of this character. At the end of this character's turn, if there is an enemy with Epic Duel within 6 squares, this character gains Diplomat and Shrouded until the beginning of its next turn.

Glossary Text

At the end of this character's movement, and at the end of it's turn, adjacent Unique enemies gain Epic Duel until they end their turn further than 6 squares away from this character. If, at the end of this character's turn, there is an enemy with Epic Duel within 6 squares, this character gains Diplomat and Shrouded until the beginning of its next turn.
