Sacrifice 10 HP, then target non-unique within sight, all enemies within sight of target lose 30 HP, effect continues through those enemies to hit enemy's further that have sight of them. An enemy already hit cannot be hit again by this ability or its multiply effect. Cover provides minor chance not to be hit, save 15 to not get hit while in cover. Single use. Looses highest damaging force power, and target enemy gains this power, or if it does not have a force rating, it is considered unactivated if already activated.
