An adjacent enemy with Melee Attack that misses an attack against this character cannot attack for the rest of the round. Until the end of the round, both characters are considered blade-locked. Blade-locked characters cannot make attacks of opportunity and get -4 Defense. If a blade-locked character becomes nonadjacent, takes damage or rolls a save, both characters are no longer blade-locked.
