Once per round, before initiative is determined, choose 1 Thug character in your squad (including this character). That character is activated this round. Before applying any modifiers to the die roll, swap your Initiative roll with your opponent.

Glossary Text

Once per round before initiative is determined, if this character is in your squad, choose one character in your squad whose name contains Thug or has the Thug SA including this character. When determining initiative at the beginning of a round resolve all initiative rolls and rerolls, then exchange your roll for that of your opponents. After exchanging rolls, apply any modifiers to your new roll such as Tactician. This ability does not modify the roll and therefore is not subject to abilities that affect roll modifiers such as Never Tell Me The Odds.
