While this character is in play, characters brought into play through an ability whose name contains Reserves cost double their normal cost. Effectively cutting the value of the Reserves ability in half. So a Reserves 20 ability can only bring in 10 points worth of characters. This is to simulate the difficulty of getting troops through the blockade.
