Replaces attacks: range 6; target character and each character adjacent to that target are considered frozen; save 16. A frozen character cannot activate, cannot take damage, and its special abilities and commander effects are suppressed. At the start of each round, after initiative is determined, frozen characters may attempt a save of 11; on a success, they are no longer frozen.
