Replaces attacks: range 6; 10 damage to target and to each character adjacent to target; save 11. A nonliving character that takes damage from this effect is considered activated this round; save 11 negates. Huge and larger characters ignore the nondamaging effect.

Glossary Text

Instead of making its normal attack or attacks, this character can target an enemy up to 6 squares away. This follows all the usual rules for choosing a target. The target and all characters adjacent to it (enemies and allies alike) take 10 points of damage. Each character can avoid the damage with a save of 11. Large or smaller nonliving characters that take damage from this ability are stunned (considered activated) this round unless they avoid this effect with a save of 11.
