Replaces attacks: touch; deal 20 damage to a living character. An allied character can instead remove 20 damage from itself with a save of 11.

Glossary Text

Instead of its normal attack or attacks, this character deals 20 points of damage to an adjacent living character. If the character is an ally, it can make a save of 11 to remove 20 points of damage from itself instead. If the save fails, that ally takes 20 points of damage.
