Don't forget the Rodian Black Sun Vigo.
In the normal meta, the Brute might be most famous as swap fodder, but in this game, neither side has access to a 3-point filler, so he's useful just for activations and blocking even if not swapping.

I think you would because he is rodian, both sides would be able to use if assigned. I am betting the same with Twilek non uniqes and Twilek black sun Vigo. But it is up to FlyingArrow and AndyHatton to decide
