Ok, I am interested in doing a 1 day contest this month. So I am going to throw out random dates, with a list of random events, and if any one is interested, just sign up the dates you would do it, with the events that would interest you. Eight would be a golden number I think of people to get. I will put my name to each date. So that means we just need 7 more for any date. I am open to any tournament type. So I will just list some random things. And if any one signing has a different idea, just say it, and I will add it to the list. Whatever gets 8 first will be the tournament.


Tournament Types

Melee Only

V-Set Only

Set restrictions, example, only V-Sets 1-3 or something to that nature

2v2 tournament ( each with their own 100 point squad Unique restrictions apply )

Random Map tournament

Tournament where you bring 3 squads. Number them 1,2 and 3 ( Unique restriction stays with each squad). When team 1 loses, you play with team 2, when team 2 loses, you play with team 3, when team 3 loses, your out. ( this one could take more than 1 day, but I would be willing to extend this one over time)

Different Point limit (lower or higher than 200)

I love the 3 squad one, but that will probably be after holidays.
As for 1 day events I love melee only and I also love fantastic four.
Epic is probably not a one day thing. Impress it's like play three games and highest two play eachother.

So I guess my vote that you have it melee only.

But my first vote would be for fantastic four. I can play most dates with advance

I like this idea, different and unique. I think a random map would be cool also for each map. Pick 4 maps and roll a d20 to see which map? And I vote to ban VONG!!!
