So with the Holiday Season in Full Run and the end of 2017 approaching, what better time to start a discussion about the 2018 Regional Season. Events, Dates, anything else you would like to post or talk about. Gen Con is Aug 2-5 for 2018. I am going to run the World Vassal Regional again for 2018!! NZ Players I would like to run this in March, but if there is a better time for you PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I would like a great turnout for this one!! I am also going to be running my NW Ohio Regional in July. Early planning is the 14th, but the 21st is open as well. The only thing I ask is to not derail this thread and be awesome to each other. Frosty Con is just around the corner jak!!!

Is there a question there? I don't think people generally announce regional events until they're a month or two out. I do have a tournament coming up on December 30th, but it will almost certainly be a casual tournament (pre-built squads) unless a bunch of competitive players say they're coming. I'd still provide the casual players some pre-built squads, but it could be more like a regional if there were demand for it.

I think the sooner Regionals are announced the better, as people can plan ahead easier.

SO.............. Frosty-Con is February 16-18, Fri, Sat & Sun  Sleep space is AWAYS available. and the food, my God don't forget the food! Ham & Cheese soup! Quiche! Oatmeal ala Maison, 200 pt constructed on Saturday Fantastic Four Tile wars was fun last time  would love some epic 500

Last year shmi15 ran the TN vassal regional in July as a last means to get some play in before gencon, although I doubt anyone brought their gencon squad to the vassal tournament.
But i am sure he will do it again.
But if not, I will conduct the Eastern Coast vassal regional at that time. haha.
Even though I live a half hour from the coast I identify as someone from TN.
But if anyone wants to have a hurricane regional in the summer let me know. I have access to my schools gym, tables, and chairs, I can even sell the concessions haha. Proceeds going towards the middle School basketball team.
