Some of the significant pieces in each set are listed, just to help you orient yourself with the various Vsets. What pieces should be listed for sets 25, 26, and 27?

I believe these are the significant pieces from those sets regarding playability and impact on the game.
Of course, there are others of note but I tried to limit it to 5 characters.

Conquest and Rebellion and Kenobi
(Vset 25): Revan PK, Darth Malak SL, San Hill Chairman, Wittin, D-O

New Peridea Exiles and Primary Operations Strikeforce
(Vset 26): Nomi Sunrider LotLS, Maul and Savage, Kana Terrid, Force Nexus, Jedi Armorer

Lies and Liberation
(Vset 27): Darth Maul AoH, Dengar D, Captain Juno Eclipse, Wookiee Battlemaster

Set 25 I would say Darth Vader, The Emperor's Fist should make the cut

Set 26 I would drop the Jedi Armorer for the Great Mothers.

These 2 will open up a lot of squad building puzzles.

Set 27 I would add Mae, Sith Assassin
