Does Escape Maneuver allow you to move to a square on the other side of a wall, provided that square has low objects?
Does Escape Maneuver provoke attacks of opportuniuty?

1. No, you have to be able to count range to the square as with any other ability (you could count through a pit, though, and counting through low objects and difficult terrain counts as 1 square since it is not movement).
2. No, because the character doesn't move through the intervening squares, it is placed directly in the low objects. It's like Thrawn's swap in that respect.

Next question: How do Escape Maneuver and Force Phase interact? I think the sequencing of it would mean I couldn't Force Phase before using Escape Maneuver, but not sure where sequencing of turns is explicitly laid out.

Force Phase only lets you move through walls, not count through walls, so it would have no interaction with Escape Maneuver as the latter is not movement in the game's technical sense. That said, I believe you are correct that Escape Maneuver would have to happen first before activating any "zero-time" abilities like Force Phase.
