Not only is it not a problem, it boosts the Unique Rebel heroes - the exact group that is the most popular and recognizable. There's no reason to nerf Luke/Leia/Han/Chewie when they aren't even winning very much. It also hurts shooters - the group that is traditionally more dominant than Melee in Star Wars Minis.
