I think their picture/proxy has one. So they would have a loghtsaber.

I haven't looked. But if the actual card shows a lightsaber, he has one.
EDIT: Apologies, I spoke too soon. The VASSAL proxy does appear to have one, but the actual card does not. Therefore I would consider that this character does NOT have a lightsaber.
