Do this make the assigned character Vong until Kwaad activates again? Or do they merely get the SA from Vong and are not in fact Vong? Since the SA (Shaper +10 in this case) states Vong getting the boost, I would think the Neural Mapped character WOULD be Vong.

They are subject to the special abilities but they do not become a Yuuzhan Vong character.
