I will be gone on vacation until November 14th, so I am putting Thereisnotry in charge of running the tournament until I get back. I have given him the schedule for the next round of games. If everyone could send their squad/map/link to Thereisnotry for round 4, that would be great. I won't be around internet much on my trip

Spryguy1981 (3) defeats Lightsaber (1) 258-114 on Command Deck

I brought in the Yun Ne'shel Priest. I chose Tsavong Lah and Tsalok for Master Shaper Avoid Defeat for Khalee Lah, chose Tarkin's completely unusable CE and Us-hrok for Tsavong.

Round 1 was positioning. I brought Tsalok into gambit

Round 2 I won init and elected for him to go first. After he went I opened the door that Rexhoka was behind and Tsalok ambushed them for 100 damage after poison and rend. He killed Tsalok and I ran Tsavong Lah and Malik Carr up. I spat some poison at some guys and did a little damage. Malik Carr was able to kill a trooper after Us-hrok triggered.

Round 3 He wins init and kills Malik Carr. Tsavong retaliates and kills a trooper, then cleaves into and kills a second trooper with a made Phase II Armor save. I ran Khalee Lah forward and targeted Anakin, Shmi decoyed in (which actually ended up hurting more than helping) and Khalee killed Shmi. Tsavong climbed along the wall and used YYD to kill Rexhoka, allowing him to cleave into Anakin who had freshly swapped and rolled a crit + a failed poison save. Then killed him on the double. I killed a Spaarti with a spit poison and he killed Nagme. This allowed me to kill another trooper and damage Tarkin with Retailatory Attacks. I moved everyone else forward except the priest and 8th Cortex.

Round 4 I win init, kill R2 with YYD, cleave into Tarkin, kill him, then kill another trooper. He kills Tsavong Lah, Nen Yim kills the trooper, the other one misses and fails to kill my Shamed guy. Khalee kills the last character.

It was a really good game and the Priest saved my butt because it allowed me to make 2 saves I would have otherwise failed. Good luck the rest of the way Thomas.

[the Rebels have obtained the Death Star plans and are trying to evacuate to the Tantive IV. The Rebel troops attempt to open the door, only for the power to go out while the door is only partially open. The troops try to pry the door open while pounding on the glass window, shouting for help. Suddenly, they hear a sound behind them. The Rebel troops point their blasters toward the darkness. A deep breathing sound is heard, then the hallway is lit up as Darth Vader appears activating his lightsaber]
Rebel Trooper: Open fire!
[the Rebel troops open fire on Vader, who easily deflects the blaster shots. Some shots are reflected back at the troops, hitting two of them. The trooper pounds on the door]
Rebel Trooper: Help us!
[Vader walks forward, continuing to deflect the blaster fire and cutting down the Rebel troops. He uses the Force to lift one of the troops and slam him into the ceiling. A guard on the other side of the door runs over]
Rebel Trooper: It's jammed!
Alderaanian Guard: [the guard tries to help open the door] Hold on!
[Vader grabs a blaster bolt in his hand and throws back at one of the Rebel troops. He then uses the Force to pull the troopers blasters out of their hands and then cuts them down. One Rebel trooper tries to confront Vader only to be grabbed in a Force-choke and flung against the wall]
Rebel Trooper: [to the guard on the other side] Here! Here!
[holds out the data-card with the Death Star plans]
Rebel Trooper: Take it! Take it!
[the guard takes the data-card from the trooper just before that trooper is impaled from behind by Vader, who uses the Force to wrench the door open. The guard dives through the airlock into the Tantive IV, while more Rebel troops hold off Vader, then closes the airlock]
Alderaanian Guard: Launch!
[the soldiers on board disengage the docking clamps, allowing the Tantive IV to escape]
