Though of a new ability, that was an ancient sith ability that Sidious had and used often and I was working on a custom Toki Tollivar.
Force 2: replaces attacks, range 6, target enemy has -4 att -10 dmg for rest of skirmish save 16
Too powerful??? or does save 16 make it not broken??
Thoughts?

i like it, but it does seem too powerful. how about (Force 2: replaces attacks, range 6, target enemy has -4 attack for rest of skirmish, the target may spend 3 force points to negate this ability)

yea taking away dmg might be too much, are you saying get rid of save 16? This can also be used on people who are not force users.

You could take a way rest of skirmish and put it similar to.
"Force 2: replaces attacks, range 6, target enemy has -4 att -10 dmg before each activation attempt a roll of 16 to cancel this effect."

The brokenness would depend largely on whether or not Toki had Force Renewal or access to Force Renewal through other pieces.

Well Toki isnt the only one who uses it, Palpatine used it and Dooku as well.
