Someday, WOTC will stop producing Star Wars Miniatures. However this community is strong & I believe it will carry on the game in the form of custom miniatures, packs & sets. I intend to contribute to that effort when the time comes.
In the meantime, I & my collaborators will offer our creations to you to do with what you will.

With that said, it is with much pride that I announce the release of Fringe Science! A two piece custom pack available to the SWM community. PM me if you’re interested in obtaining these.

VERY cool ideas guys!

I'm thinking there is probably a way to really abuse that Cloning idea, but I'd have to look at things. There's at least a few instances where it's very obvious that Rob and the SWM design team gave pieces the same names in order to keep them from being used simultaneously. Still, it's a neat idea. May have to keep that in mind for future customs of my own, if you don't mind.

Great job!

i never thought about the day that minis stopped, though i think it wont be for some time (hopefully). it would be cool to somehow carry it on with our own sets though. cool customs, i hope to see more to come

I like the cloning. Has it been playtested? It seems likely that there are some serious abuses possible.

I think sentience should be something else, though. IG-88 should theoretically already have Sentience. By losing droid, the droid is subject to CE, vulnerable to crits, immune to ion guns, and un-repairable. Seems that just making them subject to CE would make more sense

There certainly surely are some ways to abuse the Spaarti Scientist. The first one that comes to mind is something like a c ouple Lord Vaders, a couple Gov Tarkins & a couple Thrawns. But of course one is limited by the point level & Disruptive could really hurt that squad design. I'm sure there are others but meh.
As far as the Sentience Programming negating Ion Gun-I honestly never thought of that but the WOTC designers have missed things too & that's what errata is for & Sentience Programming will probably require one. Wierd.
Thanks for the comments!!!
