The question has been raised a few times in design and elsewhere as to whether you can use Battle Ready multiple times if you have more than one character with it in your squad. Having multiple characters with it has been possible since the ability was first created with the (non-Unique) Mandalorian Training Sergeant, and has been brought up again as more characters have been designed with Battle Ready in factions that already have it.
According to the rules committee's digging through old posts, the intent for Battle Ready and Resol'nare seems to be that "you can only use 1 instance of whichever you choose" (i.e. in the first round, since you could choose to use either BR or Resol'nare). Therefore the rules committee has decided to rule that this is the way it should be played (no doubling up on Battle Ready) and will update the glossary of BR, adding "A player may only use Battle Ready once per skirmish regardless of how many characters in the squad have the ability."
