            so you know when you're on your squads and on the left it says top 200pt squads top 100pt squad etc. at the bottom it says top non-dci squads. what does non-dci mean cos for me the squads displayed are all 200 (minus one 250).

            Just my guess -
  DCI was a designation used for sanctioned wizards of the coast organized play. I would guess non-dci means the squad has pieces included in it that were not sanctioned by wotc back when they produced the game.
  So, probably best squads.

            The only WotC piece not sanctioned for organized play was the AT-AT— and GOWK while banned. 
  Non-DCI is a special format or theme, not a (Standard) DCI constructed tournament.
