It's on a massive grand total of... 6 characters and the WotC Darth Krayt can get it via a commander effect from Darth Wyyrlok, Emperor's Ward (who the heavily restricts your squad build with his Rival).
Three the six are lower power pieces with less than 100 health. Excepting Ludo Kressh who I don't think anyone is really scared of and Calo Nord Bounty Hunter whom no one plays.
So, respectfully, put it on more people please :)
