i've been wondering about these abilities, if a character has double/twin/triple/quad attack, and is attacking an activated or not activated character, does the +4 and 10dam apply to only the first attack? or does it apply to all the attacks being made against the targeted character?

I'm pretty sure it applies to all attacks but not sure about actions that replace attack/attacks like missiles and flame thrower (of course the attack bonus doesn't but not sure about the damage bonus).

The +4 attack and 10 damage do apply to all attacks. However the +4 and +10 damage would not be applied to any replaces attacks like middles, flame throwers,ect. Just as double,triple, or twin attack has no bearing on missile, flame thrower ext.
