An email circulating our group for ComicCon this coming Saturday:

Jim the SW tourney will be announced on the website as of tonight. The Con is at 3049 William street which is West Park Mall. We are in the anchor store outlet that was formerly Steve & Barry's. We have our own parking wing and exterior and interior entrances, not to mention tons of room. I will be there sat morning at 6am so I'll see you when you get there. Let me know if you need anything.

Jim Fraser will be running the event. I believe it is $10 per person to enter the Con plus $5 playing entry fee.

Is Cape Girardeau in the northern or southern part of MO?
like is it near Joplin or more near to Kansas City?

It's in the SE corner I do believe. I think it's a 2 hour drive for us from the Carbondale, IL area.

I should have mentioned it is a 200 pt DCI construct.

So what do get if you win(or near top), because our tournaments are free,
is it a big compitition or somthing?

and how often is it?

its around 4 hours from lamar ware Im at.

The prizes I'm not sure about. I'd email that guy in the listing. I do know next month is regionals and the prize for it is a weekend pass to GenCon. That's in Kentucky for us.

Wow a free ticket to GenCon, thats like 60-70 dollars.
I usually cant go though, its a long and expensive trip.

I probably would go sometime though.

I talked to Jim last night. He said that he would be bringing IE prize support and most likely CW as well.

When he gives me the info on the regionals in Owensboro, KY I will get it posted as well.
