            I know that this is an old and rarely used question, and I would look it up if the search was working, but can you use force points to move faster or use knight/master speed to buff your movement with Garm's CE?

I believe so, same as you would if you wanted to move extra squares past the normal 6 to make an attack.

Yes you can, however, the added movement is reduced in half as well, so Move Faster only adds 1 extra space, Knight Speed adds 2, and Master Speed adds 3. This is in the FAQ.
