So if i bring an arc trooper sniper into a mando squad and i am using a mandalorian captain do they gain twin attack? Technically aren't the troopers still considered to be republic, or does the affinity from bardin, make them mandos?

If you are talking about Kal Skirata, then yes, the ARCs or Rep. Commandos faction becomes Mandalorian.

Bardan becomes Republic when in a Republic squad. (not the other way around)
