Looks nasty, but it's a little beat-heavy, and swarms could give it problems. I'd give it a 7.

trade Bosses for Sevs...you're going to need Accurate with that few of activations. Then you could add 2 more Ugs too.

Funny...I was toying with using the RCTS recently with Rex. :)
