A sad day for Star Wars... The great Artist Ralph Mcquarrie Passed away today. I think he was 82 years old.
G L enlisted his help to conceptualize Ep 4-6. He brought the story to life through his work. He will be missed.
At Star wars Celebration 5 in Orlando, they had a beautiful Mcquarrie exhibit with his original artwork. It was interesting that a lot of the art at the exhibit was found by some workers who were working on his house and discovered a box with a ton of old original Star Wars art. What An Exhibit!!!!!!!

I love he original Chewbacca so much. I had to get the action figure

Yes Indeed! I always wanted that one. I only have the 2 droids and Luke.
