On a similar note, I noticed that the Terentatek got the 10 point Rapport bonus when I added the V-Set Atton "Jaq" Rand to my Old Republic squad. I know Jaq has affinity for the Sith, but he's still in an OR squad so the rapport bonus should not be there.

There is something a bit tricky involved from what I've been told.

If we lose the Synergies list, does that help?
(I'm thinking it has to do with the software trying to keep track of who gives who what...could be totally wrong tho)

(DotF stuff is waiting in the wings; I'm working on catching up the rest, and almost done through V4) It's something in the squad builder code. (straight from the boss)

Yeah, I don't think it has anything to do with Synergies. It has to do with how the builder changes the faction of the character when added to a squad.

I stumbled across another Affinity issue. Admiral Saul Karath has Affinity with, and consequently can be in a squad with, "characters whose name contains Malak." Well, Malakili, Rancor Keeper's name contains "Malak." The squad builder takes this literally, so it allows Karath to be in any squad that contains the Rancor Keeper, essentially making Karath a Fringe character.
