Is the squad builder update any easier/harder than the actual character card bios in the character search, or will it be at the same/roughly the same time as the squad builder update?

The squadbuilder stuff is only new stuff like Reinforcements, Rapport, Affinity and Rival that isn't handled by the existing rules in the sytem. Adding the characters and all the new abilities/powers/CEs is far more time consuming, but the squad builder rules sometimes require a lot of thought to get right. (it's easy to miss things)

Not sure if you want us to start reporting issues, or if you're still in the process of adding and configuring, but Dooku is not counting as a unique (other dookus are still available after adding him).

Valenthyne Farfalla is showing that he only has 3 fp's when his card says he has 4.
hope that helps.
Also Mara Jade, Smuggler is still showing she has Parry on the preview function. (when your mouse hovers over the link when looking at her in the search section)

This isn't so much squad builder as in general, but is there a reason that there are only 59 pieces in Armed and Operational?

there are 60 pieces , its just a few (including #60) have not been added due to the fact that they affect some things weirdly, Generally squad building and such.

Gantoris' Affinity for Exar Kun is not working in the squad builder. Last I checked, Tionne's Affinity wasn't working either.

The Geonosian Sonic Atgar Cannon thingy is listed as being a medium base instead of large.
