Exchange the bith for a twi' lek and than add an uggie since you have 3 extra, I think that tarkin would work better than thrawn because the twi' leks already have opportunist and tactician wont be a big thing since there is no cunning only opportunist. and add a wicket with the tarkin instead of thrawn.
